Olympus Trip 35 History
Introduced in 1968, this little camera’s production ran until 1984 and over 10 million were made before production stopped. The Trip 35 was a hugely popular camera and it’s easy to see why.
The Trip 35 is lightweight, easy to use, requires no batteries and most importantly, takes fantastic photographs. The key to this is the simple but effective metering system and a low cost, but very sharp, multi-coated f/2.8 Zuiko lens.

Over 25 years after production ended, the Trip 35 has become a something of a cult classic.
